Last updated: November 2026

1. Directory Information Only

BirthdayFreebieList.com is an independent informational directory and research platform. We curate publicly available promotional offers, rewards programs, and corporate birthday perks for educational and consumer informational purposes.

2. Disclaimer of Endorsement and Trademark Ownership

All brand names, logos, company trademarks, registered marks, and program names (e.g. Starbucks, Sephora, Denny's, Red Robin, etc.) belong strictly to their respective corporate owners. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by said companies.

3. Offer Changes and Franchise Discretion

While our team actively verifies promotional terms, corporate loyalty programs and individual franchise locations reserve the right to alter, cancel, or modify birthday offers, redemption windows, minimum purchase thresholds, or eligibility rules at any time without notice. Always verify directly with the participating location or official brand app before visiting.
